Paradiso Pilates Studio Policies

At Paradiso Pilates, we are committed to creating a supportive, peaceful, and high-quality Pilates experience for every client. These policies help protect the flow of classes, ensure fairness for all clients, and maintain the calm studio environment we value. Please review the guidelines below prior to attending class.
Class Booking & Registration
All classes must be reserved in advance through our online booking system. Clients may book classes based on their available membership credits, class packages, or single class purchases. You can also call/text our studio number to reserve your spot 913 - 355 - 6564.
Cancellation Policy
Class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class start time.
Late cancellations or missed classes will result in the class being counted as used. This policy allows waitlisted clients the opportunity to attend and helps maintain consistent class availability.
Waitlist Policy
Clients who join the waitlist agree to be automatically added to class if a space becomes available.

If added to class more than 12 hours before the start time, the standard cancellation policy applies.

If added within 12 hours of class start time, clients may cancel without penalty up until the class begins.
Clients are responsible for monitoring their booking status and notifications.
Arrival & Late Entry
To support a smooth transition between classes, please plan to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before class.
Clients who need to change clothing may enter up to 10 minutes prior to class.
For safety and instructional flow, late arrivals may not be permitted to join class more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
Studio Etiquette
To ensure a focused and enjoyable experience for everyone:

Please set phones to silent while in the studio

No food is permitted in the workout area

Water bottles are encouraged

The studio is a no-shoes space

Grip socks are required for all reformer classes

Excessive talking during class should be avoided to maintain instructional quality

Cleanliness & Equipment Care
Clients are expected to wipe down equipment after use and return all settings and props to their original position.
Please arrive in clean, dry workout attire and practice good personal hygiene to help maintain a fresh and welcoming shared environment.
Membership & Package Policies
Memberships, class packages, and promotional offers are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Unused classes expire according to the terms of the selected membership or package. Membership cancellations require written notice in accordance with the signed membership agreement.
Private Sessions & Studio Rentals
Private sessions and private group bookings are subject to instructor and studio availability and require advance scheduling.
Private event pricing and policies may differ from standard class pricing.
Health & Safety
Participation in Pilates involves physical activity and inherent risk. Clients are responsible for informing instructors of any injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, or physical limitations prior to participating in class.
Paradiso Pilates reserves the right to limit or discontinue participation if safety concerns arise.
Schedule & Policy Updates
Class schedules, instructors, pricing, and studio policies may be updated periodically to support studio operations and client experience. Continued participation in studio services indicates acceptance of current policies.
