Our small class sizes are intentional. With just five reformers in each class, you'll receive personalized instruction, hands-on guidance (when appropriate), and individualized form corrections throughout your workout. This allows our instructors to help you move safely, build confidence, and get the most out of every session—something that's often difficult to achieve in larger group classes.
