Emerie Laundy

Owner/ Pilates Instructor

Emerie started doing Pilates herself when she was only 10 years old. She was a competitive dancer for 15 years and dance was the reason why she started doing Pilates at such a young age. One of her dance instructors told her what pilates is and how beneficial it would be for a young dancer and how it would help her performance and prevent injuries. Emerie tried her first pilates session and LOVED it. She has continued to practice Pilates throughout her life with a break in between and within she realized how much Pilates impacted her. She ended up getting shin splints (from dance), she was in a boot for 6 weeks, and started PT right after that for a good 4-6 weeks after that. Emerie knew right away to never take a break from Pilates and that it is a natural healing/preventive to her life.

When she turned 16 years old, she decided to graduate High School early (Homeschooled her entire life).

As a HS graduate end of 2019, she went straight to Pilates Teacher Training School through Club Pilates. A full 500 Hour Comprehensive Program, studying day & night, Emerie Graduated September 11th, 2020.

Emerie started Teaching at Club Pilates to start her career and then found a way to make her dream happen by opening her own studio October of 2020.

Jewell
Diebold

Pilates Instructor

Jewell has spent her whole life moving and dancing. From a young age she was always twirling, leaping, or fluttering around. She had the opportunity to grow up in dance, with an emphasis on ballet. Her dance journey led her to hip-hop, jazz, ballet, and modern dance styles, however, it wasn't until she got to dance at Kansas City Ballet that she truly fell in love with the classical style. However, facing injuries and exhaustion, she decided to stick to a local studio and take it easy. It was there she formed a love of anatomy, physiology, and all the inner workings of the muscles, joints, and bone structures.

Upon an accumulation of minor injuries and questions, she sought physical therapy. It was here that she was introduced to Pilates as physical therapy excirsises, and saw immediate improvement. It was offered to her, a comprehensive program that would educate and facilitate her healing while helping and teaching others. With little knowledge in her head, she jumped right in at the age of 17. She quickly became more and more interested and creative with Pilates and is loving it still! Through the course, confidence was built in her, assessing clients, and creating programs that are unique and perfect for clients' individual goals.

She specializes in private sessions but cant resist the upbeat, hardworking atmosphere of a group class.
A fresh graduate, but confident with her path, she's excited to help her clients be the best they can be, in their efficient working bodies.
