Foam Rolling and Stretch: Level ANY

Rolling on the foam roller allows us to passively massage our muscles and other tissues, improving circulation and releasing tension. Like any form of deep tissue massage, rolling on the foam roller feels like a mix of pain and pleasure that is not everyone's cup of tea... and yet, used well, it can help relieve nagging pains and avoid injuries related to muscle tightness. Within this myofascial release, we will use pilates exercises to warm up the muscles before foam rolling. Slower pace/ any level can participate.
